Do you plan to have confetti photos? * Yes No Reception location * What time is the meal? * Are the caterers aware that we require a hot meal, served at the same time as guests? * Sometimes they forget, or try to serve us as the speeches start — which we don't want to miss! I've let them know! How many courses will we receive? What time are the speeches? * We recommend speeches before the meal — tables look beautiful in photos before they're used, and it helps nervous speakers get it out of the way. Splitting speeches between courses usually makes the day run late. These are just recommendations; we're happy to go with the flow of your day! If splitting speeches between courses, what's the plan? Please nominate someone to fetch us 5 minutes before each speech starts. What time is your first dance? * If no first dance, what time will the band/DJ/music start? If none of these, let us know in the final box. Group photos If you're having video only, skip this section! We recommend keeping group shots to a minimum — usually parents, grandparents, siblings and the wedding party. Each posed family shot takes 3–5 minutes. For winter weddings, remember sunset limits how much natural light you'll have after the ceremony for these and your couple photos (10–20 minutes on average). Which group photographs would you like? Please also give this list to the person coordinating the photos. One group per line works best.
